Since my two knee replacements, I have just piled on the pounds and now want to shed a few stone. So looking for some good diet plans now.

    Hello
You must give yourself time to recover from your operation don't be too hard on yourself. Try a little regular walking we are going into spring so it's a good time to get out. I find if I drink lots of water and eat fresh fruit I am not hungry for the wrong foods and you can take both on your walks. Good luck

My diet is very good I'm recording is all dailyburn.com I just eat around 1000-1500 calories and I do not feel hungry. I'm trying to eat as little fat as possible. I am now 204 pounds. I am a bit 'tired, maybe it's because I need to sleep more, eat less so. I'm going to reach the goal in about a month or something like that losing weight is that it's hard to just have a dedication.

Default drinking a lot of water

If you want to lose weight, you can start by drinking a lot of water. It really helps! I have been doing this after I gained pounds, and just for 3 months, I lose my excess fat.

diet plans? watch what you eat. try to eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread. don't drink diet sodas and don't use off the rack salad dressings. there are lots more that you can google.

Its not good that you piled over the pounds. Its not because of your knee injury its because that you are not keeping proper check over you diet.I advice you to wait for the rehabilitation of your injury and than join a gym and try to stop eating the junk food.
