I have spent the whole weekend psyching myself up for starting tomorrow. Last year, in three months, I managed to go from 19 and a half stone to 17, then I plateaued and after about 2 months of not losing anything I gave up for a little while.
I decided to start again tomorrow- I am still at 17 stone, which is great considering I have not been watching what I eat at all and have not been doing a huge amount of exercise.
Looking forward to chatting to everyone and seeing how they are getting on![]()
