Hello all
I have read the list of comments and I apply to all! I don't tend to stand on the scales but measure myself by clothes. However, I did the other day by mistake .. where on earth did 13st come from! I have always fluctuated up and down and averaged 11st and thought 10st would be good.
I started at new job back in Oct and have been quite sedentary despite having 2 dogs. Walking an hour each day doesn't seem to lose the weight.
Very, very depressed about it all, I need clothes but hate shopping because I have to look in the mirror. I just want to feel good and I really don't
I have done other weight loss programmes that do not fit my lifestyle or budget. I have now started (last week) a lifestyle diet that changes what you eat rather than making you eat soups, count points becuase I can't do that. However, chocolate is my downfall and I nearly went for it the other day but know once I have a little bit I will eat the lot.
I just feel like crying and need someone to talk to who understands - husband is still the same size as when we got married, I'm 4st heavier!
I saw this website and thought I would give it a try as support is always the thing I have lacked in order to keep the weight down.
I am determined to look good before my next birthday and even choose a name to inspire. Looking forward to hearing all about your achieivements.
