Hi All,

The phrase I put in the title "Faboulous at 40" is one a friend of mine used when she was 9 months pregnant at 39. She will be 40 next month and indeed looks "fabulous" now! When I first heard her say it I thought - Yes I want to be fabulous at 40 too! So I have 18 months to acheive my goal - which is to lose 5 stone, and start taking care of myself more, i.e getting my hair done, wearing nice clothes, wearing makeup etc etc. I am recently separated after 15 years together so maybe that is also a factor in why I have decided to take the plunge now!
Anyway, I would love to chat to others who are in a similar situation who like to accompany me on my journey to fabulousness, and become fabulous themselves.
