    Hey,

    I'm Gill, I'm 25 and over the past year and a half or so, my boyfriend have started putting on weight, which we're determined to shift.

    I have about 2.5 stone to lose (I'm about 5'10 and 13 stone) so it's going to take a wee while I think. I do Zumba twice a week and try to go running a couple times a week but I'm asthmatic so the running doesn't always work out as it should

    Anyway just thought I'd say hi

    Hi Gill,
    It sounds like we're in similar situations. I'm 25 also and myself and my BF are trying to lose weight. I'm currently 13stone and 4pounds and as i'm only 5ft 1inch, it really shows on me. My boyfriend isnt too big, he just tends to carry the weight on his tummy, so weve both decided to lose the excess pounds. I'm not doing too bad so far, i started off at almost 15 stone at my heaviest!
    Anyway good luck, and why dont you try excercise that wont get you as out of breath, like aerobics or something because of your asthma?
