'sup diet dudes?
Hi to all,
Looking for some support along the way as I do my best to shift some lard. I went through a similar thing 10 years ago, maintained for a bit, then yo-yo-ed *a lot*, and now realise I'm not quite managing it on my own.
Been using every excuse in the book - work is too stressful, too tired to exercise, not enough time etc etc. But I know the truth - if I'm going to change there's no-one but me who can make it so.
Looking forward to increasing my network while decreasing my waistline.
