    Smile Hi everyone

    Hi, Just introducing myself. Im 39, female and have 3 stone to lose have recently joined a gym and cut down on calories and do 1 hr cardio and some weight lifting 4 times a week. Anyone else had success this way and is it going to take forever!

    Welcome to the forums! Love the user name too lol
    I think what you are doing seems to be the right and healthy way to lose weight anyway, not sure how long it will take to see any difference but i think around 3 months is usually a good starting point.
