Just thought i'd say hello! I've been trying to loose weight for a while now! i used to be a size 16-18. Last year i went down to a size 10, But last summer i gained some of it back and now I wanna loose it again. I've got about 2 stone to loose. I was just looking to see what everyone's tips are and how everyone is doing so far? I always find the exercise really easy but the diet I'm so rubbish at! I just love chocolate and fried foods.
Also i'm looking for anyone's hints and tips of running in the rain!? I love running and used to be good at it so brought myself a new pair of running shoes and are read to go but its raining! What do I do?

Well done to the weightloss lasr year :-)
I am sure you can loose the 2 stone again.
I once lost loads of weight. But now its all back + more :-(
Am now a size 20 and desperate to loose weight. Not easy as I am working shifts so my eating patterns are all over the place.
I started to build a bit of excercise in mu day have to see how it goes. Xx
