I started mine a week last Monday, so very early on yet... I have a totally different frame of mind this time... "Its going to work!"... Good Luck, let me know how it is going. I am thinking of posting my blog on here, but it is already soooo long that I dont want to bore people with it!...

Hi new to the site and yes I'm starting a diet/life change. I lost 3stone about 4years ago and have gradually put 1stone back on. I feel fat and need to do something about it. Looking for lots of inspiration and encouragement !
