    Red face hi, newbee

My name's Maria, I'm 36 years old and shamefully weighing in at 15st 12lb at 5ft6 tall.
I am of a very happy nature and in all life's good, except I have a short term health issue which I hope, when a London Hospital provides results of investigations, will soon be rectified. Then I can throw myself into some sort of a fitness programme. I just wanna shift some of this weight so at least a few more of my clothes will fit as opposed to my clothes all fighting to hide at the back of my wardrobe incase I dare to think I can squeeze into them...I daren't!!

I have started 'myprotein' diet, recommended by a colleague's son and taking his advice, I am just hoping this will work, anything, I WILL try anything if it's said to work with good results, any suggestions are always gratefully received.

Been on Rosemary Conley, Weight Watchers and The Atkin's Diet in the past all with good results, just I find it impossible to maintain the good results for long, in fact, I have never reached my goal..my BMI is currently 36, I know my health is in trouble so I need to get my act together and FAST...

I will report my results of my first week next Tuesday, keeping it all crossed.

Hope you all have a successful week too....

So what's the 'myprotein' diet all about then?
