Hi my name is Gemma,

I have a 2 year old boy and find that I snack a lot as its a lot easier and quicker, I have a decent dinner and don't know why I find it so hard to eat properly as I prepare food for my son perfectly fine but don't do the same for myself.

I was 11 stone 7 pound before my pregnancy i hit a staggering 15 stone 8 pounds I had a very big baby was cleared of diabetes and diet was varied not too sure why i gained so much, I got down to about 13 stone but have now but it back on.

I just started those shake diets with 2 shakes 1 sufficient meal and one snack, but so far I haven't done well sticking to it and have had terrible headaches since starting it.

My goal weight is about 10 stone with a dress size of 12.

I know that quick fixes never work and do plan to change onto a long term diet. x
