Hi Jackie

Welcome to Diets!
Well done on your 2 stone weightloss already, thats great. :-)
To make new friends, if you see someone who you think seems friendly or someone you have been chatting to on the forum, you can just click on their name and it will show some options - one of them should be to ' add person as friend '
Hope this helps and look forward to chatting more. Maybe start a journal on here too, can help to keep motivated.

Hi,
I'm brand new as well.

I'm starting university in September and would like to lose the weight I've put on other summer.
Where is the best place to get advice about losing half a stone in 2 months or so?

Hi folks
Looking to obviously lose weight and tone up - size 18 at present - just a feint memory of size 12 but I'll get there.
How are the diet plans with this company - I dont do faddy diets - prefer those that I can change a bit and suit all the family as I have 1 very hungry husband and a snacky teenager.

Hi there. My name is Graham. i'm a 32 year old male and i weigh 14 st 6...with a BMI of about 29. I am very unhappy with this weight, although i dont look that big. I would like to lose at least 2 stone as I am currently a living kidney donor going throught the process. I have recently joined the gym, but would like the help of a diet in order to achieve this.
Any help or advice is gratefully recieved. Thanks.
