Hi to everyone !

It is great to see so many new people join up and become part of a new type of website. One which is 100% free and a site which you will never be charged a penny for using it. We encourage you to share your ideas and findings from any diet you may have tried.

It is always a good idea to start your own progress journal and get involved and motivate others to share your successful weight loss journeys !

Good luck and I look forward to reading more of your progress updates shortly

Default That 'holiday photo' moment

Hi all

My name is Claire, and I have recently had that awful 'holiday photo' moment - well, mine was due to over-placement of mirrors in a Leeds hotel but same effect!

I am now 16 stone, size 18 and not loving it. I have a wonderful fiance who tells me I am beautiful, which is amazing but allows me to get away with it. I am also quite tall - 5' 9" - and I think I have always had the opinion that I can 'carry it off'. Well, I would rather not any more.

A few months ago I tried a diet (old Scottish Slimmers one I think, with lots of 'choices'?) and lost a stone - then put it all back on again because I think I just got bored with the diet. But need to keep motivation and hoping some of you lovely people can help with that!

Claire

Hi, my name is Heather and I had a baby in July (only one though - congrats on your quads!!). I have been really lazy about my eating habits since her arrival and am now nicely chunky! I'd reeeeeally like to lose the baby weight and look more yummy than slummy :-) Hx

Hi I`m Lynn,

I really need to lose 2 stone, i know i can do it as i lost 5 stone before, but i can`t seem to find the motivation or will power to do it this time.

Also i`m giving up smoking and i`m sick of chewing gum- so as is usually the case , i`m reaching for the chocolate and biscuit tin. I dread to think how much weight i`ve put on over the festive season !!

I wish everyone well with their weight loss and look forward to maybe getting to know some of you.
Lynn

Red face

Hello Im Anna Im new and i havent been able to sleep properly lately and because i dont sleep i find myself eating whatever i can find in my cupboard and its become to much recently i noticed that my size 8-10 clothes stopped fitting completely and having to wear baggy tracksuits to try and hide the fact ive gottin so big. The worst part is the fact that my family have noticed and our kind of taking the hand and putting me down.

It would be nice for a little advice and encouragement from those who might be in the same perdicament as myself. I know that people on here are in the same lane as me and hopefully we can help eachother to achieve our goals.

Thanks x
