First you can take treatment one by one. For your low moods control, take Generic endep, Because I got a better result for this medication. It will be helpful for the treatment of insomnia, nervousness, fibromyalgia, restlessness and also symptoms related to chronic pain.

Hi I'm Ali and I just joined. I'm really looking to lose weight and regain some confidence. I broke my ankle and badly damaged my neck in a horse riding accident in the middle of last year and since then I have piled on the weight. Although I still ride nearly everyday I have lost the confidence and motivation to go out running. Really would like some support and help to get things back on track!

Default Maybe this will work !

Good Morning Everyone,

I'm Jeremy and I've struggled for years to keep my weight down - I've tried everything, but my problem is not that I cannot lose the weight, its how to keep it off. If I'm absolutely honest I lose several stone quite quickly and then if I'm fed up tend to binge eat - its a yo yo cycle which I'm getting really concerned about.

I saw this site and thought why not - maybe interaction with others in a similiar predicament will help me to reach a sensible weight and keep the weight off long term.

Kind regards

Jeremy

Hi everyone
I'm Chris and have put on a stone since meeting a lovely man! I am very content with everything in my life but my weight! It is more pyschological (excuse spelling) but not sure why!! I could live on chocolate and my lovely man says its ok but I am not happy with my weight. Why do we do this to ourselves?
Chris xx

Red face Hi everyone

Hi there everyone,
My names Emma, I'm 28 and I'm new to the site. I have joined the site to gain some inspiration and motivation from other members to get me started on the right track. After I had my first child I went from a size 8/10 to 14/16 practically overnight and no matter how many gym sessions or how much dieting I did the weight just wouldnt shift. After having my second child 3 years later I went up to a size 16/18. I managed to get myself back down to a size 10/12 in preparation for my wedding 2 years ago and the weight just seemed to drop off naturally this time with no drastic diets and just plenty of fun aerobic workout dvds. My body probably looked the best it had for ages but now since getting married and moving into a new house I just seem to have lost all interest in excerise and have gone up to a size 14. I really wanna get my butt back into gear and get back into shape. My hubby loves my extra curvy bits and says he wouldn't change me for the world but I really have to do something for my own self esteem and confidence as I just don't feel happy within my own skin at the moment. I know its not a huge weight problem but compared to my original body shape and size it just doesn't feel like it's me in here anymore.

I look forward to making new friends and sharing advice and stories with people.

Take care
Emma xx
