    Default Hi

    Hello Pete,
Welcome to diets! It is difficult when you have any injury to exercise, but the more weight you put on the more pressure on your knee. You could try some low impact exercise to work off the beer! Anything that will not put pressure on your knee like swimming. Do you like swimming?

It is important to have breakfast as it kick starts your metabolism. It does not have to be a traditional breakfast, you could maybe think about a different way to eat something like a breakfast bar? Is this something you could consider?

Hi all, I am new to this site but not to dieting. I have done weightwatchers in the past but find it hard to get started again as I have put on so much weight and just can't face back into it. I have terrible problems with my feet, they are quite painfull most of the time. I used to go for a walk but not now. Just need a bit of advice, I am not a veg eater, so whatever else can be suggested to me would be great
