I think alot of people get into that same situation tbh for whatever the reasons may be.
But at least you have decided to do something about it sooner rather than later.
Are you doing any particular type of diet or exercise?
Maybe you could start a diet journal on here, i have one and it helps to keep me motivated and actually typing things down that you have eaten etc can help you keep track of it all.
