    Default Introducing myself

    Hi im laura im from New Zealand. Those two dots near the bottom of the globe, thats me lol.
    I just started my weight loss two weeks ago and need some more motivation so i joined you all in the battle. Im used to weight in kgs but im using a converter to blend in with all you hehe.
    So im currently about 12 st and my goal weight is back to a healthy 10 st.
    I have always battled with my weight and want to hold the reigns for once.
    Two years ago i was on the way and had lost 1.5 st and then i got pregnant.... with TWINS!! By the time that was over i was up to 14 st!!
    So i have lost a bit since then but wana keep going.

    Im happy to join all you and look forward to helping and being helped by you all.

    hey laura well done for losing the 2stone after birth of ur twins! ur well on the way, another 2stone and ur there do you have a plan of action?

    ive decided to just cut out junk and excersise more..hoping to lose 3stone to get back to my goal weight, (now 13.7, goal 10.7) have been there countless times but the chub always seems to find me again sigh!

    Default my plan

    Im doing the best thing you can do to lose weight, a lifestyle change. Because ive come to the conclusion that diets dont work. Cutting out the junkfood,trying to be more mobile and eating healthier. I suck at actually working out so i just walk everywhere and go uptown at least once a day. I only have junkfood on the weekends if i really feel like some but if u crave it during the week ull find u dont want it also much in the weekend. The eating healthy is sweet aswell. I eat whatever i want, just cut back on the massive portions i used to eat lol. Ive lost about half a stone in 3 weeks and not looking back.

    wow thats great! half a stone in 3weeks! i really hope i can post that good a weight loss in my progress journal, ive decided to write my weight, up or down in it every week...this is my first week eating healthy in a looong time, im a self confessed fastfood addict (burgers, chips, pizzas, you name it i want it, sigh) but right now i think my body is in shock at all the chicken salad and fruit im eating!!

    i've come to the exact conclusion about diets as you, definately! lifestyle change ahoy! in the past its always been the same..as soon as i stop the diet or eating plan im on, the weight just creeps back on..i will join you in the healthy food and excersise!! lets go for it!

    Exclamation Warning

    Omg be careful of eating junkfood. I had 4 pieces of pizza for dinner on the weekend. I went out shopping for new pants, as mine are to big now. But i came home to weighing more than a few days ago!!
    So be warned, dont give into temptation, all ur hard work can be ruined by one little slip.
