Hi all,
Decided today is the day that I am going to get slim and healthy. I've got a little boy who will be one at the end of May - think he's to old for me to be using the ' Ive just had a baby' excuse!
I'm 11st 11lbs and ideally I think I want to be about 9st 7lbs. Have tried ww and sw but for some reason couldnt stick to them. Going to just try and cut out chocolate, fatty food etc. I do eat quite healthy as I make the baby nice fresh food - its when he's in bed my troubles start!
I'm hoping that now the weather is a bit nicer I'l be out and about walking with the baby, also just bought a wii so I think that might get me moving a bit.
