Hi Everybody, I've joined this site in the hope of getting help and advice/support of people in a similar situation to myself.

I am a working mother of 3 beautiful children and i live with my wonderful partner.

My big problem is that since i had my 3rd child 18 months ago i have piled on 4 stone in weight

This has been a really frustrating time for me as i suffered bad post-natal depression, i ate, drank and shut myself away from the world, suffered terrible tiredness and aching joints and to top it all off i have now been diagnosed with Fibromyalga and have constant low iron and folate levels for which i take medication, all this together makes it very difficult for me to do even the simplest exercises.

I am getting married in April 2013 and would love to be a size 12 which i was when i had my 3rd child instead of the size 18 i am now.

Does anyone have any ideas or stories that could help my motivation, my diet is pretty good it's just the exercising thats the problem .......
