Hello everyone,
I'm new here......and struggling with losing weight. I am 5'6 and fluxuate between 10.8 and 11 stone....ideally I want to be 9.5 stone. Not a huge way to go I hear you say, but I just majorly struggle with saying 'NO' to foodI can be good by having a shake for breakfast and then for lunch, but then i'll binge and stuff myself with chocolate/cheese/crisps/cake...etc...it's not hunger, its just binging..like i'm being naughty feels good, but then afterwards I hate myself
My husband is a proper gym bunnie, all protein shakes, meat, no added salt, etc.....and I feel unnatractive next to him. HELP ME??
