Hi everyone
My name is Sheila, married with 2 children, daughter 35 and son 32. have yo yo dieted for years, because like everyone else when I stop a particular diet I put the weight back on plus some. I think the best way to go would be to change my lifestyle, and just try to eat healthy and get more exercise.

im struggling with the lifestyle change thing as well, so sick of diets! its very difficult to change lifelong habits, but this time im hoping to get the weight off and keep it off, i want to lose 2and half stone, lets go for it and help eachother!
