    Hello to everyone

    Yes I am the new one!! and like all of you I need to lose weight. I need to lose about 2 stone. I have struggled for years trying to lose - I lose it and then it creeps back on!:

    Last month I was diagnosed with under active thyroid which is the reason why my weight goes back on!

    I feel as if I am banging my head against a brick wall, and to be honest feel like pigging out big time - nice while it lasts but I will suffer in the long run, so I am trying so hard to keep on the straight and narrow.

    Now thats over, - lets start to diet !!!!

    Hi

    Welcome to diets!
    I have the same problem with keeping motivated and if i dont lose weight quickly
    i get fed up and end up eating things that are bad for me ( chocolate mainly! ) lol
    But i find having a goal can help, like of you have an occasion coming up etc and you could also try keeping a weightloss journal on here.
    I have one... :-)
