Hiya i'm Shelley, i'm nearly 28, married with 3 beautiful kids aged 5, 7 and 8 and have always been over weight although I am at the heaviest I have ever been and now feel in the right head space to lose weight. Welcome to the forums.
Its so hard to fit in anything when you have kids isnt it!? I have 3 myself and never seem
to find any ' ME ' time with the hectic schedule of after school clubs etc. lol

But good luck and maybe start a journal on here, i have one.
