Hey all, am looking forward to getting to know you and shed that excess weight.

I have just found out today that i need to lose at least 10 kilos by March before i can start my treatment so i am motivated to give it my best shot.

I will be going swimming 2-3 times a week and after the expense of Xmas at has past to get myself a gym membership. Obviously looking at what and when i eat will also be apart of my new regime.

How ever I am on a limited income so not just clothes are tight!
