    Wink Hi new today

    My name is Paula, think i have been on a diet all of my adult life i am following a low fat diet and so far lost 2 1/2 stone im now at that point when anything could knock me of my diet as im finding it hard now to stay focused!
    any ideas to get me focused again would be a great help?
    i am 42 been married to Tony for 25 years (yes a teenage bride) i have two children Aimee 17 and Alex 15 and work full time for Thames Valley Police as a crime property exhibit supervisor.

    would love to chat to all and support each other

    Wow 2 and half stone is alot to loose, how long has it taken you to loose it?

    Hi Paula

    Welcome to the forums.
    Maybe you could start a journal on here to help keep you motivated, as you can write down everything you eat, how and when you exercise,how you feel etc.
    I have one and it does help as you can also look back to track your progress and weightloss.
    Or i find sticking a photo of you on the fridge ( if you have one of when you were slimmer ) or even on at your heaviest can be a good motivator either way.

    Hi Jackie,
    i started in jan, im following the Rosemary conley low fat diet but the last couple of weeks i have found it hard to stay forcus. i tended to stick to the same meals and i think i got bored, i have now dug out the old cook books again and im now back on track so im hoping to hit my goal before i visit my friend in cyprus early September.
    what diet are you following and how are you getting on?

    How are you getting on? with this lovely weather its easy to stick to salads, its just to hot to be standing over the oven
