Welcome to the forums.
Maybe you could start a journal on here to help keep you motivated, as you can write down everything you eat, how and when you exercise,how you feel etc.
I have one and it does help as you can also look back to track your progress and weightloss.
Or i find sticking a photo of you on the fridge ( if you have one of when you were slimmer ) or even on at your heaviest can be a good motivator either way.
