Hello from December newbie
Hey,
I'm new to the site and have signed up in hope of getting some hints and tips on how to lose the weight I want to get rid of ~(from 12.5/13 stone at 5"4,aged 27; to 10 stone) by May 2012 as getting married in July... whether this is feasible I dont know, but I hope so.
I've got a recumbent bike / rower upstairs; and a cross trainer which is on its last legs... really cant find the motivation to head out to classes as its so cold at the moment; but can easily spend 45 mins - 1.5 hours biking and rowing.
Do I need to diet to lose 2.5 stone in 5 months, or is eating healthily and exercising regularly enough??
I've bought fat burner tablets from holland and barret, but dont fancy the diet that is listed on the enclosed leaflet, therefore have just started taking them and eating healthily.
Really could do with finding another girl to meet up with and go for walks and exercise with as my partner is into biking and mountain walking, and although I like doing these things, I would rather swim, dance, walk etc.... find much more motivation to do them.
