Hi there,
I'm new here and wanted to make some friends to help me on my way (and I don't really know my way round the site)
I am aiming on loosing around 5 stone to get to a healthy weight I have lost a stone already but seem to hit a wall at 15st 7 so wondered if anyone had any hints or tips to help me get loosing again :-)

well done for losing a stone already i've just been thinking today that i cant go on like this need to get a grip on my eating habits but its finding out whats best for me as i dont really like fruit or veg .hope you keep losing x
