Hi all, found this site today and thought what a great idea. I'm about 3 1/2 stone overweight and can snack for England.I seem to get into a savoury / sweet snack cycle and feel so out of control. I've recently remarried and have a good and happy life but can't seem to get a grip on my weight issue. My husband is very supportive and will always eat what i'm having (even though he only weighs 9st 5lb!) so I have no excuses really. I lost 2 stone for my wedding on 3rd May but iv'e put about 12lbs back on since then. I don't want to be skinny just to be able to fit into size 12 clothes again would be nice. I have started cycing to work 4 days a week and this is about 8 miles per day, although I feel fitter it makes me even hungrier! Looking forward to meeting like minded people and sharing the ups and downs ahead.
