Hi,
As the title says I am embarking on a new year diet following 2 pregnancies in the last 2 and a half years. I was overweight before I fell pregnant and I am even bigger now. I am looking at around a 6 stone weight loss in total which is mega daunting, especially as I am on maternity leave and am at home alot surrounded by temptation!!
Here it goes with day 1!
