    Hi all,

    I suppose for many people like me, its a new year and a new start to fight against my flab! LOL :O

    But over the last 2 years i have seen my weight creep & i have started to notice i have other problems relating to my weight.
    So now is the time to start!

    hope snow is not to bad, i have been good? for a week now and my biggest weakness is a glass of wine after put the kids to bed. I read recently a quote imagine how you would feel in the morning, every time this week i have wanted something i just closed ,my eyes and imagined all the names i would call myself the next day and how i would feel about myself, so far not had a single glass of wine this week

    I'll join you on the one week of being good! and congratulations, for me the tricky bit is not having biscuits or cake etc with my mid afternoon cuppa. I have to ask myself if I'm hungry and almost without fail the answer is no it's just a habit. So far I've not given in and I plan to keep it that way by finding myself something to do while I drink it like typing on my laptop. Good luck keep it up.
