i already do 5 weight sessions a week lol. but also remember that cardio if you wanna see a difference on the scales not just in inches :-)
Well I also do exercise session and reduce my weight I also increase my muscle so do all exercise which are increase my muscles.
Yes people always think that you have to do cardio to lose weight. But weight lifting is anaerobic, so you continue to burn calories well after the session. That extra muscle you will build also needs feeding, unlike fat, so yes it effectively increases your metabolism, helping you to burn more calories.
