    Personally I believe you need a certain degree of stress in order to take action in your life.

    If I didn't get stressed at things I'd probably not have enough get up and go in me to do the things in life I want to do, so I relish stress.

    The real problems lie in the ability to manage stress not in the stress itself. So you have to keep checking in with yourself to make sure you're coping OK (can you tell I have a background in Psychology and counselling yet!).

    Things like taking time out for yourself, exercising on a regular basis, eating healthy meals, getting enough sleep will help you control your stress levels.

    Embrace the stress I say... but also just be self aware. You know when things aren't right with you.

    I prefer yoga to control my stress
    it is good type of exercise..

    Yes yoga is good as it relies on breathing to help centre your mind and keep you grounded through meditation. It's not for everyone though due to the pace of yoga. i for example prefer Pilates combined with cardio work.
