Well any form of physical activity keeps you fitIt's better to do something rather than nothing, even if it is low intensity. Sports-wise, gosh... take your pick.
For me I dance, I know people consider it an art form, but you try not breaking out in a sweat after spending an hour or so spinning, spotting, jumping, lunging and wiggling!
There are some best sports can keep you fit and healthy. Sports can burn extra calories from your body and improve your stamina and maintain great health. I think Football is really best sport to keep fit and healthy. Football is running sport and by running 30 or 45 minutes on the ground you burn more calories and fat from your body. It make strong muscles and joints.
Walking has always worked for me.
I am always playing cricket in a weekend i think this is a very energetic sport so if you play this sport then you can maintain your fitness level.
