Nadine's veggie pizza
Pop star Nadine Coyle shares her simple recipe for healthy, meat-free pizza.

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
2 sliced wholemeal rolls or wholemeal soda bread
1 small tin chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
4 sliced fresh mushrooms
85g half-fat cheddar cheese (sliced or grated)
1 sliced red or green pepper
1 small sliced red onion
Small pinch of pepper*
Method
Preheat grill to a medium heat. Toast the rolls lightly on both sides.
Spread the tomatoes over the top of the toasted bread. Scatter the remaining ingredients, divided equally between the*four portions.
Place under the grill and cook until the cheese is bubbling. Serve immediately with a salad.
