hi dave sorry to hear about your wife i lost my mum a year ago and have eaten non stop since then i have put on 2 stone through comfort eating, i have decided today to start eating heathier to lose my weight will give you a sample of my food today.
breakfast - 2 weetabix with 200ml semi skimmed milk.
lunch - ham salad sandwich i don't use butter on my bread only because i don't like it and i bought some soya and linseed bread i find it keeps me full for longer then i had an apple
dinner- had a weight watchers meal but this would not be big enough for a man so would say if you are into cooking do good old meat pots and loads of veg or buy a ready meal and add extra veg to bulk it up. then i had a banana will have a mullerlight yogurt later. have also got a curly wurly in fridge for later in case i get the chocolate munchies. you could have several pieces of fruit through the day as you will be on more calories than me good luck with your weight loss valerie
