  1. hiya

i dont think you are doing anything wrong but do you mind me asking how many times you are eating the chocoalte on the weekend. weird question i know but if you are having more than one sensible portion you might be cancelling what your doing its really hard i know. some people it just falls off and others have to work at it. if im honest i would ditch teh chocolate and have one cheat meal a week ( and that means anything that you like such as chinese carvery anything like that ) even have a square of chocolate after. might be your not treating your self enough or to much. your training sounds fine tho. if it would help send me a weeks worth of a food dairy including your drinks and send me it and i will take a look. also write down what times your eating and i will see what i can do
  2. hi ya Mel, need some motivation! I have been to two circuit classes this week and two commando fit classess - all of which are good varied sessions using interval type training, running and press ups sit ups etc so full body workouts. I have been eating sensibly 1100-1200 cals per day and have treat of some choc just at weekend. Got on scales this morning and not lost anything! I know scales shouldnt be the only measure to use so I do take measurements too but i really thought the scales would move each week as well with all I am doing. Am I going wrong somewhere?
