hi ya Mel, need some motivation! I have been to two circuit classes this week and two commando fit classess - all of which are good varied sessions using interval type training, running and press ups sit ups etc so full body workouts. I have been eating sensibly 1100-1200 cals per day and have treat of some choc just at weekend. Got on scales this morning and not lost anything! I know scales shouldnt be the only measure to use so I do take measurements too but i really thought the scales would move each week as well with all I am doing. Am I going wrong somewhere?
