Well Hello all,

just a quick one to say i have lost weight again! whoo hoo!, im going to change my post on here and only write once a week with how things went the past week and my weight.

I have lost another 2lb so thats 8 in total!! 1/2 stone, im really pleased.

I'm continuing to have two shakes a day but i found i am feeling far to sick if i have 3 so i have changed and have 2 shakes a day plus one small healthy meal and as you can see i still lost, so im happier and it feels like im doing it a more healthy way.

so heres to another week!
