    Default the trials and tribulations of a dieter

    tuesday 20th april.

    breakfast - 2 weetabix

    lunch - ham salad sandwich - no butter (my preference) soya and linseed bread find this is more filling an apple

    dinner - weightwatchers meal and a banana

    snack - low fat yoghurt

    was pleased with myself today managed not to binge yay
    weight today 13st 12lbs will weigh each tuesday

    wednesday 21st april

    breakfast - 2 weetabix

    lunch - chicken and lettuce sandwich no butter soya and linseed bread, chilli sauce and light mayo

    dinner - half of an iceland ham and pineapple pizza with salad

    snacks - banana, apple and w/w fromage frais
