Default Its about time things change...

O.k i've been living back home after university for a year now and i know that i put on some weight due to laziness and boredom.I've just weighed myself for the first time in ages and i am disgusted that i am 14 7. Being only 5 3 in height that makes me hhuuugggeee!
Tomorrow is the start of a new way of eating and i will be exercising more.
I have three rules more vegtables and fresh food, take the poor dog out for an hour every other day and treat myself on a saturday.
Wish me luck!
