Default Day 1 of the rest of my life..or is it Day 2?

When I was younger I'd always diet alone, no support or outside help.
After I had my litl devil I went up from 11st to13st.
    But I lost it easily.
I gained again, then lost it with help from WW.
Now, 7yrs later im 13st 11... the heaviest I've ever been
I will get down to 11st.
I have lots of tools, meditation, (mild) exercise, and now I have support..
    don't I guys????

    Hi,

I've just joined this website and finding it a bit hard to find what I'm looking for! Have you found a forum on here that provides you with a network of friends to keep in touch with and motivate each other? That's basically what I'm looking to get out of it!

I'm being chicken and starting my new lifestyle AFTER Christmas!! Hoping to lose 2 1/2 stone and KEEP IT OFF this time!!

I'm 36, married with 2 children (and 2 dogs!) and fed up of yo-yoing! I'm going to use the old weightwatchers points system cos I have all the paperwork on it and its worked for me before.

Would love to hear from you!!

    Hi.
I was going to start after xmas but id never gt round to it :P ... Im looking for the same thing with making friends and keeping each other going. Most forums iv been on not just dieting ones. Iv found theres like a set group that talk to each other new comers get a welcome message but then thats it no more interaction LOL
