    hmmm.....well day one, the good old first of jan, wasnt really that good for me
    firstly there is ALL that left over xmas goodies lurking everywhere and i cooked a roast for lunch and then my son ordered pizza !!!!!!!!!!!!

    okay i will try to be positive, i can 'see' where i am going wrong and can only hope to put it right, today was a very bad day as first days of diets go
    not only did i have some chocolate cake (as hubby had brought it for me and i felt i had to have some ) and (theres still half a cake down stairs...lurking) but i had about 4 slices of take away pizza, 2 peices of garlic bread and some chips !! and that was jsut tea !!!!

    ok ok i need to put myself in focus...i can do this....tomorrow can only get better....lol

    roll on day 2 !

    well day 2.
    plucked up the courage to weigh myself this morning..glup
    used the wii, well it was 100 days since i last weighed in and i have put on 6lb
    i was pleased so starting weight of 15.10
    the only way is down.....
    food not too bad today, started with a bowl of branflakes after a ten min wii excerise splurge

    been out all day so didnt eat again till 5, which was a bit naughty as had some left over choccy cake !!! and then my tea, chicken in pastry with new pots.
    not a 'terrible' day two, drank loads of water
    day three here i come

    What diet are you following, is it just calorie counting?
    Look forward to seeing how you progress.
