Default Day 7 and going GREAT so far. :D

I swore to myself I would start my diet on Jan 1st.. Like most others after my christmas binge. :P
    Didn't happen..
Anyway, I did get around to starting my diet on Jan 4th.
I have cheated a fair bit I must say! But I really knuckled down towards the end of my first week.
I weighed myself today and I'm 4lbs lighter! I'm so chuffed with myself. That's double what I'm aiming for weekly. (:

    Lost: 4lbs.
    Left to lose: 57lbs. Eek.
Ah well, I should get that done in 29 weeks!

Well done FlutterBy, 4th jan is good enough - at least you have started that's the main thng.
    What regime are you following?
I am doing WW but the very old version which I know like the back of my hand so I don't have to keep checking things all the time.
    Keep up the good work!...

    Thankyou! =D
I'm just calorie counting, really and exercising daily. I don't have enough patience to try anything else! I just make sure I eat 1200 calories, or less, a day and make sure the sat. fat and sugars aren't too high (:

How are you getting along with the WW plan? I did try that a while ago but flopped!x

That's the best thing to do Flutterby, something that's going to be easy for you otherwise you end up just thinking about food all the time and it's bad enough as it is when trying to cut down.

This old WW is based on "servings" and having to weigh most stuff but I am so used to it that I am able to guess the weights and know the servings as well. This was WW back in the 60s would you believe!
Have managed to lose 16lbs so far but that si since about last May. Slow but sure!!..

Hope you have a good day.
