    Default Weigh In Wednesday

Every weekend I succumb to some form of temptation. It might be a meal out with friends, a takeaway or too much booze. (or all three) 8-)

I try my best to eat well Monday-Friday but allow myself some freedom at the weekend.

It is no wonder that a Monday morning weigh in can sometimes be a little bit dissapointing.

From now on I am going to weigh myself on Wednesday mornings and publish my weight here on diets.co.uk

I aim to lose a minimum of a stone this year and will record my progress here.

Hopefully by being publicly accountable I will take it a little more seriously and try harder!

You have my full permission to rip me to pieces if I am not making progress.

OK today is "Weigh in Wednesday"

My start weight last week was 15stone 1lb

Today on my first "Weigh in Wednesday" 14th January my weight is.......

    15stone 0lb

    I have lost a pound.

Not exactly fantastic, but I have not tried that hard to be honest.

Lets hope I make progress by next Wednesday, 21st January.

I'm going to update this every single Wednesday. Anybody else want to join me?

For similar reasons I weigh in on Thursdays. I know this week will not be as good as last week as I spent the weekend away and my diet took a holiday as well.

Everyone at work weighs in on a Thursday and would be tempted not to eat anything if I hadn't lost weight by Wednesday. I will gladly publish my results a day later than the rest of you though.

A pound is good, don't be too disappointed with that - and especially good if you haven't really tried that hard!
Keep up the good work :-)

Good news for me this morning, lost another 0.6 Kg which keeps me on track to hitting my target. Really pleased with this as it means I can still have my curry on Saturday night after watching the Bisons play Ice Hockey. (tu)

    Congrats Yeti (tu)

    Keep it up!

Losing weight is important but personally I can't be a slave to dieting, like you I want to be able to indulge a little at weekends,
