    Default Helen Diets - update

    I missed my update last week and am pleased to announce a loss of 3lbs. I had a great week and kick started myself with lots of soup. Having got back my motivation I went on to the next week with a very positive attitude.

    Imagine my disappointment when at my weigh in this week I had stayed the same! I couldn't believe it. I consoled myself with a bag of crisps and a bag of malteasers and got back on it. I had a sneaky jump on the scales today and I look set for another 2lb loss this week - just trying to maintain that for my official weigh in on Monday.

    Well done Helen, you're going in the right direction. I wouldn't worry too much about weeks where you stay the same, the fluctuations in body weight can vary so much, due to many factors. Especially worse for ladies!

    Personally I avoid the scales like the plague, they just annoy me too much :X
