    Default Wish me luck! :-)

    Hey All,

my goal is to lose 28lbs as quickly but also as healthily as possible and to most importantly maintain the weight loss. I started running 5 miles, 5 times a week, 5 weeks ago (the number 5 is purely a coincidence lol) but I haven't been getting the results that I have been hoping for even though I have also changed my diet to a much healthier one and I do not eat carbs after 6 (I have done this for a while and find it very easy, so not a chore). My friend has lent me a workout dvd called 'The hot pants workout' which helped her lose just over a stone! I have just started using it (today is my 3rd day) and I plan to use it 5 days a week for 4 weeks to start , then I will reduce it to 3 days a week. I find it very high energy and a really good workout, it really gets your heart racing and you are left sweating buckets and knackered by the end of it! It's more like a dance class than a work out so for me its much easier to get into and the 45 minutes spent doing it feels like 20 I feel very positive about losing weight with this dvd and hopefully my next post will be a success story! Wish me luck!!
