    Default Update - 11th Feb

    I had a 2lb loss this week bringing my total to 35lbs - I can't believe I used to carry that around, I wouldn't be able to lift that amount.

    I am hoping to go down a number this week so I am really focused. (That is after I ate 2 choc eclairs yesterday - actually I was quite focused on them)!!!

    So just back from the gym - put the power plates up a grade and my teeth are still chattering - completely knackered, but I love feeling thinner - 2 stone to go to feeling unbelievable.

    Your doing great Helen. I`ve been thinking about the bigger picture, how i`ll look 3 months from now and have found that keeps me motivated.
