    Default 4 stone by October

    HI

    Reading all the journals has motivated me to start mine.

    Pre kids I was around 9 - 10 stone. After 4 of them I now weigh a staggering 14 stone 11 lbs (47%fat). I topped at 16 stone last year and have been making very slow progress.

    I am 43 years old and am going on hols in October without the children for our 20 yr anniversary so want to be back in the 10 stone range.

    Today I was at the gym at 7am, had 1/2 bacon roll for brekkie, soup for lunch and intend to have a chicken salad for dinner (and a wee glass of red wine). I am going to weigh in on Fridays as the weekends are always the worst for me.

    Well done on starting a progress journal, they are good for keeping yourself on track,
    monitoring what you eat,how you exercise etc.
    The list goes on! lol

    Lucky you going on hols, esp for a 20th anniversary so congrats too. ><

    Look forward to reading how you get on, and dont forget to weigh in on friday then.
