They say writing down what you eat, and that's everything you eat, makes you more aware of what you are putting in your mouth. If you have to write it down, bear witness to everything that passes your lips, then you actually think about what you are eating, more. With the evidence in front of you it could change your behaviours and habits for the better.
So starting tomorrow I will keep my food diary, here and on my person , for each day, for months to come.
I want to be slimmer, I want to be fitter, I want to love myself more.
Writing down what I eat seems such a small thing to do in order to reach my goals. Wish me luck.
