    Default An encouraging start

Joined Weight Watchers last week, went to be weighed today and have lost 41/2 lbs. Am now 17st 6lbs so still a very long way to go. Am still very iffy about staying with WW as the meetings are not at all inspiring. See how I feel by next week - I may just weigh myself at Boots and hopefully carry on with the support of everyone on this site. I'm keeping a food diary - even taking photos of my favourite meals (how sad!), and noting down my favourite recipes and how to adapt them to low cal and low fats. Hope it all works - I feel quite positive. Hope it lasts.
